Phosphatidic Acid (PA) is a part of phospholipid. PA is extracted from soya lecithin by an enzymatic process. It is presented as a concentrated powdered Phosphatidic Acid (40% & 70% PA content) or as a mix with Phosphatidylserine solubilized in a vegetal oil carrier. PA has been studied to increase protein synthesis. In order to gain strength and lean mass, athletes frequently use this supplement to help achieve their goals. It is used in preparation of sports nutrition supplements.
