Phosphatidic Acid (PA) is a part of phospholipid. PA is extracted from soya lecithin by an enzymatic process. It is presented as a concentrated powdered Phosphatidic Acid (40% & 70% PA content) or as a mix with Phosphatidylserine solubilized in a vegetal oil carrier. PA has been studied to increase protein synthesis. In order to gain strength and lean mass, athletes frequently use this supplement to help achieve their goals.
